Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the process and terms under which you may cancel a project or request a refund for services rendered by Top Gun Studios, including website development, app development, and related digital services.

1. Refund Eligibility, Timeframes, and Request Process

Refunds and cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 15 days of making the initial payment and before any substantial work has commenced on the project.

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service delivered is incomplete, not as agreed upon in the proposal, or has not been initiated.

  • The client raises a formal concern in writing within 15 days of payment or project start.

  • A mutual agreement is reached after review by the Top Gun Studios management team.

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 30 days for the amount to be credited to your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Services

  • Any service where substantial work has been initiated, including planning, design drafts, code development, or client reviews, is non-refundable.

  • Milestone-based payments are non-refundable once a milestone is approved or completed.

  • Custom development, third-party service purchases (like hosting, domain, plugins, APIs), and consultation fees are non-refundable.

  • Once the final project files or access credentials have been shared with the client, no refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellation Procedures, Fees, and Requirements

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the project start date.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client is liable to pay for the hours or milestones completed.

  • In such cases, Top Gun Studios will provide a summary of work done and an invoice for the partial payment.

  • Any third-party or out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the client will also be deducted from any eligible refund.

Top Gun Studios reserves the right to refuse refund or cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy. This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing it periodically to stay informed of any changes.
